Make this refreshing Apple Cider Moscow Mule in five minutes. This seasonal sip blends crisp apple cider, spicy ginger beer, and vodka, perfect for autumn gatherings or cozy evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 4 oz Apple Cider (unfiltered preferred)
  • 3 oz Ginger Beer
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: Lime wheel and/or Cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. Fill a copper mug or highball glass completely with ice.
  2. Pour the vodka, apple cider, and fresh lime juice over the ice.
  3. Top the mixture with ginger beer.
  4. Gently stir the drink once or twice to combine the ingredients without losing too much carbonation.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a cinnamon stick for a festive touch.

Notes

  • To make a batch for a party, combine the vodka, apple cider, and lime juice in a pitcher. Keep the ginger beer separate and add it to individual glasses just before serving.
  • For a Caramel Apple Mule variation, add 0.5 oz of caramel syrup to the mixture before topping with ginger beer.
  • If you prefer a non-alcoholic version, omit the vodka and increase the apple cider slightly.
