Make this bold and flavorful Buffalo Chicken Wrap in just 15 minutes. You get crispy chicken tossed in tangy sauce, balanced with cool, creamy ranch dressing, perfect for a fast lunch or game day food.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (use your favorite brand)
  • 1/4 cup creamy ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil (for crisping chicken)

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter or oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken.
  2. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the chicken and toss to coat completely. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the chicken is heated through and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat.
  3. Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat. Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing down the center.
  5. Layer with lettuce, the sauced chicken mixture, and shredded cheese.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up to secure the filling.
  7. Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can use pre-cooked frozen chicken tenders, cook them according to package directions, then toss them in the Buffalo sauce.
  • If you prefer blue cheese dressing over ranch, substitute it directly into the recipe.
  • You can prepare the sauced chicken mixture ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days for easy meal prep lunches.
