Ingredients
Scale
1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup pure honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
Place the softened butter into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, or use a large bowl with a hand mixer.
Beat the butter on medium speed for 2 minutes until it becomes light and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Add the honey, ground cinnamon, and sea salt to the butter.
Mix on low speed until the ingredients are just combined.
Increase the speed to medium-high and whip for 3 to 4 minutes until the mixture is light, airy, and fully incorporated. This whipping process creates the fluffy texture.
Serve immediately, or transfer the spread to an airtight container and chill. If chilling, let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
Notes
For a copycat Texas Roadhouse butter flavor, use these exact ingredients.
If you prefer a less sweet spread, start with 1/3 cup of honey and adjust to taste.
This spread works well as a compound butter for holiday meals or as a quick dessert topping.
