Make this creamy, no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake Dip in under 10 minutes. It captures classic cheesecake flavor without turning on the oven, making it a perfect, quick party dessert or sweet snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberry preserves or jam (optional, for swirl)

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract into a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps.
  2. In a separate, clean bowl, whip the cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. This creates your light, fluffy base.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Do not overmix; you want to keep the mixture airy.
  4. Fold in the chopped fresh strawberries. If you want a swirl effect, reserve a few strawberries and gently swirl in the strawberry preserves now.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving for the best texture, though it can be served immediately.
  6. Serve this easy dessert dip with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit slices.

Notes

  • For a thicker dip, use only 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream.
  • If you do not have fresh strawberries, you can use 1/2 cup of thawed, drained frozen strawberries.
  • This dip tastes best when served cold, making it an ideal potluck dessert idea.
